HDS Australia's Quality Management System was recently audited by BSI Group as part of the regular recertification process. Quality auditors visited both our Adelaide and Melbourne offices and reviewed quality management across a range of projects and business processes.
Results for the audit were very positive and our Quality Management System has once again been recertified.
HDS Australia operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for engineering services for design, documentation, project management, contract administration and supervision related to traffic engineering, road safety audits, road design, road transport planning, water and waste water engineering.
Maintaining an effective quality system that is third party certified is a key component of HDS Australia's approach to driving continuous improvement and delivering services that meet our client requirements. HDS Australia will be continuing the process of transitioning our quality management system to the 2015 Quality Management Standard over the next year.
